Here’s my version of the perfect soundtrack for a mid-afternoon backyard BBQ on Memorial Day. These songs were chosen based on vibes and vibes alone. The playlist is mostly devoid of hits / bangers (I know some of you are going to say, “but that MJ Lenderman song is SUCH a banger!” and you’re not wrong) and instead is meant to provide background music for a relaxed, chill afternoon of grilling, setting a tone of positivity.
